- 6 oz. linguini
- 2 whole boned and skinned chicken breasts
- 1 small onion chopped
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1/2 tsp. dried basil
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 medium zucchini sliced
- 1 c. sliced mushrooms
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 (16 oz.) can chicken broth or save broth from chicken
- chicken base (optional)
Directions

1Cook breast in boiling water until tender.

2Save broth and cut chicken into bite size pieces, set aside.

3Cook linguini by package directions, drain and set aside.

4Place the butter, spices, vegetables and chicken into a skillet and saute.

5After vegetables are crisp tender, add the broth and heat.

6Add the drained linguini to the vegetable mix and stir.
