Garlic Mashed Potatoes

  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. butter
  • 4 1/2 lbs. peeled potatoes

Directions

    Cook mashed potatoes as normal, add in ingredients one at a time.

    Butter a baking dish and pour in ingredients.

    Add 2 or 3 pats of butter to top.

    Place in refrigerator for 2 or 3 days. When needed place in oven and bake at 400° for 40-60 minutes.
