- 2 12 lbs baking potatoes, peeled, quartered (about 7)
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 (8 ounce) container Philadelphia Cream Cheese
- 1 tablespoon butter or 1 tablespoon margarine
- 1 teaspoon salt
Directions

1COOK potatoes and garlic in boiling water in large saucepan 20 minute or until potatoes are tender; drain.

2MASH potatoes until smooth.

3STIR in remaining ingredients until well blended.

4Substitute: Omit garlic.
