  • 2 12 lbs baking potatoes, peeled, quartered (about 7)
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 (8 ounce) container Philadelphia Cream Cheese
  • 1 tablespoon butter or 1 tablespoon margarine
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions

    COOK potatoes and garlic in boiling water in large saucepan 20 minute or until potatoes are tender; drain.

    MASH potatoes until smooth.

    STIR in remaining ingredients until well blended.

    Substitute: Omit garlic.
