  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 hot pepper (jalapeno), minced
  • 3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1 (6 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1 lb. Cheddar cheese (small cubes)
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. Wesson oil
