- 1/3 c. sifted flour
- 1/4 tsp. baking powder
- 1/3 c. milk
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 2 Tbsp. butter
Directions

1Preheat oven for 25 minutes to 425°.

2In small bowl combine flour and baking powder.

3Beat in eggs and milk leaving the batter a bit lumpy.

4In a 10-inch skillet or pie pan, melt butter.

5When butter is very hot, pour in batter all at once.

6Bake 15 to 18 minutes until pancake is golden.

7Serve sprinkled with powdered sugar.
