- 2 teaspoons ginger, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
- 1 lb Broccolini
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup mirin (sweet rice wine)
- 1/4 cup water
Directions

1Heat oil in large skillet over medium high heat.

2Add ginger, pepper and garlic, saute 30 seconds.

3Add broccolini and salt, saute 2 minutes.

4Add mirin and water, cover and cook over low heat 10 minutes or until tender.
