- swordfish steaks
- lite spray oil
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 Tbsp. ginger
- 3 sprigs fresh basil
- 3/4 c. fresh lime juice
- 2 Tbsp. pine nuts
Directions

1Spray frying pan with 3 squirts of lite oil.

2Saute swordfish 3 minutes on each side over low heat.

3Chop garlic, basil and ginger in bowl.

4Add lime juice and pine nuts.

5Transfer fish to microwave dish.

6Pour mix over fish and microwave for 3 minutes or until thoroughly cooked.

7Garnish and serve.
