- 1 Tbsp. ground ginger
- 2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp. ground cloves
- 1 tsp. ground or freshly grated nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/4 c. boiling water
- powdered sugar or light whipped topping (optional)
