Ingredients

  • 4 cups Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
  • 2 cups Shredded Coconut
  • 1 cup Raw Slivered Almonds
  • 1 cup Chopped Walnuts
  • 1 cup Sunflower Seeds
  • 2 teaspoons Ground Ginger
  • 1-1/2 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1/8 teaspoons Ground Cloves
  • 2/3 cups Coconut Oil, Melted And Cooled
  • 6 Tablespoons Pure Maple Syrup
  • 3 Tablespoons Molasses
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1 cup Dried Cranberries

Directions

    in a large bowl, mix oats, coconut, almonds, walnuts, sunflower seeds, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt and cloves. Pour coconut oil over and stir well.

    Combine maple syrup, molasses and vanilla, pour over oat mixture and stir until evenly coated. Pour onto 2 parchment-lined cookie sheets. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes. Watch carefully at the end so it doesn't burn.

    Remove from oven, let cool completely. Add cranberries. Store in sealed zipper bag.
