  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 c. molasses
  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. ginger
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. ground cloves
  • extra sugar

    Cream the butter.

    Add sugar until fluffy.

    Add remaining ingredients; beat until smooth.
