  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1/3 c. vinegar
  • 1/3 c. catsup
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1/2 c. honey
  • 1/2 tsp. ginger
  • 2 tsp. dry mustard
  • salt and pepper
  • 4 lb. ribs
