- 1 c. orange liqueur
- 1/4 c. Dijon mustard
- 2 Tbsp. brandy
- 2 c. apricot preserves
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2In medium size bowl, combine ingredients and mix well.

3Place ham, fatty side up, on rack set in shallow roasting pan in preheated oven for 1 hour.

4Spoon glaze over ham and bake 1 additional hour.

5Remove ham from pan.

6Pour off excess fat from pan.

7Pour 1 1/2

8cups water into pan. Place on top of stove and boil, scraping up particles. Strain and serve in gravy boat.
