- 1 1/2 lb. beef stew meat
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 c. water
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
Directions

1Brown meat in oil.

2Push to outer edges of skillet.

3Add garlic and saute.

4Stir in water and soy sauce.

5Bring to hard boil.

6Cover. Simmer 30 minutes.

7Uncover and cook over medium-high heat until liquid is gone and beef is glazed.

8Stir often so all sides of beef pieces are coated.

9Serve with rice and broccoli.
