- 4 to 5 lb. corned beef
- 5 Tbsp. melted butter
- 5 Tbsp. ketchup
- 1 tsp. vinegar
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- cloves
Directions

1Cook corned beef on low flame until fork pierces meat easily (a few hours).

2Boil ingredients for a few minutes.

3After corned beef cools, dot top half with cloves (about 12).

4Pour glazing over corned beef and bake for 30 minutes (cover with foil).

5Slice when cooled.
