- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 200 grams button mushrooms cleaned
- 1 cup red wine
- 1 cup short rib
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves

1In a large fry pan, melt butter over medium high heat.
