- 4 pork chops
- 4 slices apple, cored
- 4 slices orange
- ground cinnamon
- ground cloves
- 1 can beef broth
- 1 tsp. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp. orange juice
Directions

1Brown pork chops on both sides and drain.

2Top each with a slice of apple and orange.

3Sprinkle with dash of cinnamon and cloves. Add beef broth (undiluted) and brown sugar.

4Cover and simmer 35 minutes or until chops are tender.

5Stir cornstarch into orange juice until smooth.

6Blend into broth. Simmer a few minutes until sauce is thickened.

7Remove chops to platter and pour sauce over them.
