  • 16 (1-inch each) cooked Butterball turkey (1 lb.)
  • water
  • 1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks, drained (reserve juice)
  • 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 16 slices beef or turkey bacon, cut into halves
  • 2 large bell peppers (red), cut into 24 (1 1/2-inch) triangles
  • 3 large green bell peppers, cut into 32 (1 1/2-inch) triangles
  • hot cooked rice

    Preheat broiler.

    Add water to pineapple juice to make 1 cup. Combine juice, brown sugar and soy sauce in small saucepan.

    Bring to boil over heat.

    Reduce heat to low; simmer 2 to 3 minutes. Set glaze aside.
