  • 1 cup uncooked whole-grain oats (non-instant)
  • 6 egg whites
  • 1 cup fat-free cottage cheese
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 packets of sugar substitute
  • 1/2 cp sugar-free maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup mixed berries
