  • 1 can crushed pineapple
  • 1 c. coconut
  • 1 c. nuts
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 box confectioners sugar

    Mix cake mix, margarine and 1 egg and press in greased and floured pan (10 x 12-inch).

    Then add crushed pineapple, coconut and nuts.

    Mix cream cheese, 2 eggs and confectioners sugar.

    Bake for 30 to 35 minutes in 350° oven until light brown.
