  • 1 box regular vanilla pudding
  • 1 c. milk
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 lb. 2 oz. can crushed pineapple, slightly drained
  • 1 pt. Cool Whip or 1 pt. heavy whipping cream, whipped
  • chopped nuts

    Bake cake in a 15 x 11-inch pan and cool.

    Make pudding with milk.

    Beat cream cheese into hot pudding.

    Cool slightly and spread on cooled cake.

    Top with 1 pint of Cool Whip or heavy whipping cream (whipped).
