- 1 loaf Italian or French bread, split lengthwise
- 6 cups assorted sliced mushrooms, such as portabello, crimini and button
- 1 cup sliced green onions
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 cup ATHENOS Crumbled Gorgonzola Cheese
Directions

1Scoop out center of bread loaf, leaving 1-inch thick shell.

2Cook and stir mushrooms, onions and garlic in olive oil until tender.

3Fill bread shell with mushroom mixture.

4Top with cheese.

5Wrap in foil.

6Bake at 400F for 15 to 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.

7Slice before serving.
