- 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
- seasoned meat tenderizer
- garlic salt
- 1 (8 oz.) box macaroni
- 1 qt. tomatoes (whole)
- 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Directions

1Sprinkle ground chuck liberally with seasoned meat tenderizer.

2Add salt, pepper and garlic salt to taste.

3Add chopped onions to ground chuck.

4Cook until browned.

5Drain well. Cook macaroni until tender (not as long as you usually cook macaroni).

6Add chopped tomatoes to drained macaroni and let simmer a few minutes.

7Add chuck mixture.

8Mix well and simmer about 15 to 20 minutes.

9Additional seasonings may be added to achieve desired taste.
