- sherry or sweet wine
- salt and pepper
- favorite dressing
- orange marmalade
- butter or oleo, melted
- maple syrup
- Kitchen Bouquet
Directions

1Soak large duck 4 hours in sherry or other sweet wine.

2Season inside of duck with salt and pepper.

3Stuff loosely with favorite dressing.

4Salt and pepper outside of duck.

5Place each duck on double thickness of foil.

6Spread generous amount of orange marmalade on each duck and wrap tight in foil.

7Cook on open baking sheets at 325° for 3 hours.

8Turn back foil and brush with mixture of butter, syrup and Kitchen Bouquet.

9Return to oven with foil turned back.

10Bake 30 more minutes or until browned.
