Directions

1Saute peppers, mushrooms and onions on oiled preheated 350 degrees F flat-top griddle 2 to 3 min.

3Remove from griddle; cover to keep warm.

4For each serving: Cook 1 frank on griddle 5 min.

5or until cooked through (160 degrees F), turning occasionally.

6Place in roll.
