  • 1-1/2 qt. fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • - onions, sliced, separated into rings

  • 24 each hoagie rolls, split, warmed
  • 1-1/2 qt. smoked mozzarella cheese, shredded Target 2 For $5.00 thru 02/06
  • 1-1/2 cups A.1. Gourmet Sauce, Sundried Tomato
  • 1-1/2 qt. canned artichoke hearts, drained, cut into 1/4-inch thick slices

    Saute peppers, mushrooms and onions on oiled preheated 350 degrees F flat-top griddle 2 to 3 min.

    or until tender.

    Remove from griddle; cover to keep warm.

    For each serving: Cook 1 frank on griddle 5 min.

    or until cooked through (160 degrees F), turning occasionally.

    Place in roll.

    Top with 1/4 cup cheese, 1 Tbsp.
