- 1 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 c. shredded coconut
- 1/2 c. chopped English walnuts
- 4 egg whites
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. sugar
Directions

1Mix graham cracker crumbs with coconut and English walnuts and set aside.

2Beat egg whites, adding salt and vanilla gradually. Then add sugar, beating until the whites peak.

3Fold the crumb mixture into the egg mixture and spread in a well-greased 8 x 10-inch pan.

4Bake in a 350° oven for 30 minutes.

5Cut in wedges and serve plain or topped with ice cream.
