- 12 cup almond butter
- 14 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 5 medjool dates, finely chopped
- 1 cup raw almonds
- 12 cup raw pecans
- 12 cup raw sunflower seeds
- 12 cup unsweetened coconut, shredded
- 14 cup dried cranberries
Directions

1Combine first four ingredients in a saucepan over low heat.

2Remove from heat.

3Place all remaining ingredients EXCLUDING coconut and dried cranberries in a food processor.

4Process mixture until it resembles coarse sand.

5Place all ingredients together in a bowl and stir well.

6Pour mixture in a lined baking pan and refrigerate until set.

7Once set, cut into squares.
