Ingredients

  • 12 cup almond butter
  • 14 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 5 medjool dates, finely chopped
  • 1 cup raw almonds
  • 12 cup raw pecans
  • 12 cup raw sunflower seeds
  • 12 cup unsweetened coconut, shredded
  • 14 cup dried cranberries

Directions

    Combine first four ingredients in a saucepan over low heat.

    Remove from heat.

    Place all remaining ingredients EXCLUDING coconut and dried cranberries in a food processor.

    Process mixture until it resembles coarse sand.

    Place all ingredients together in a bowl and stir well.

    Pour mixture in a lined baking pan and refrigerate until set.

    Once set, cut into squares.
