  • 500 grams Potatoes
  • 200 grams chopped onion
  • 200 grams Ham
  • 100 grams Bacon
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 dash basil (opcional)
  • 1 dash lemon juice (opcional)

Directions

    Slice the potatoes in super fine sticks (like french fries but thiner) and fry them until ligth golden brown.

    Set aside

    Saute onions in a pan with bacon and ham.

    In a large wok with a dash of oil add the fries and the rest of the ingedients, and the eggs and stir until the eggs are cook

    You may add the basil, salt and a drops of lemon juice but that is up to you!
