- 2 small chickens
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. paprika
- 4 slices bacon
- 1/4 c. hot beef bouillon
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1/2 tsp. white pepper
- 6 medium Irish potatoes
- 4 to 6 small onions
- parsley sprigs for garnish
Directions

1Heat oil in a large skillet.

2Add chicken and brown well. Season with salt, pepper and paprika; cook for 10 minutes.

3Cut potatoes in 1-inch cubes.

4Cut bacon in 1-inch pieces and cook for 5 minutes.

5Add onions and beef bouillon.

6Cover and bake at 350° for 45 minutes.

7Remove cover and bake 5 minutes to brown the chicken.

8Arrange on platter and garnish with parsley.
