- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 c. milk
- 10 c. sliced potatoes
- 2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Melt 2 tablespoons butter in saucepan; stir in flour and salt. Add milk, stirring constantly, until sauce boils and thickens. Add potatoes and heat, stirring, until it boils again.

2Turn potatoes into a shallow greased casserole.

3Spread 1 tablespoon melted butter over top.

4Place on a rack above the middle of the oven and bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
