- 1 qt. persimmons, heaping before running through colander
- 1 tsp. soda
- 4 c. milk
- 4 c. flour
Directions

1Cream sugar and butter.

3Press persimmons through colander.

4Add soda to pulp.

5Add to creamed mixture.

6Add milk and flour alternately, beating until smooth. Bake slowly for 1 hour at 275° in greased Pyrex.
