Granny'S Bread Pudding

- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 c. granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
- 1 loaf Sun-Maid raisin bread
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 1 c. flaked coconut
- 1/2 tsp. granulated sugar
- whipped topping
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°. Mix eggs, 1 cup sugar, milk, vanilla and butter in a large bowl.

2Tear bread into small pieces and spread in the bottom of a 9 x 12-inch baking dish.

3Sprinkle nuts and coconut over bread.

4Pour egg mixture over this and let set for 5 minutes for bread to absorb moisture. Sprinkle top with the cinnamon and sugar. Bake 30 to 40 minutes until firm at 350°. Serve warm with whipped topping.
