- 1/4 c. honey
- 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. flaked coconut (frozen or canned)
- 1 c. nuts, chopped
- 3 c. quick cooking rolled oats
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Melt the butter in a 13 x 9-inch baking pan.

3Add honey and all remaining ingredients, mixing all together thoroughly.

4Spread evenly in pan and bake for about 30 minutes or until lightly browned and crispy.

5Keep an eye on the mixture during the baking, stirring occasionally to prevent burning.

6When cool, store in a tightly covered container.

7Serve as a cold cereal, snack or a yummy topping on ice cream.
