- 2 c. seasoned stuffing mix
- 4 (4 oz.) cubed steaks
- 1 (15 oz.) tomato sauce
- 1/4 tsp. rosemary leaves
- 8 small white onions, peeled
- 2/3 c. hot water
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. thyme leaves
- 1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
Directions

1Combine stuffing mix and water.

2Spread each beef cubed steak with stuffing mixture.

3Roll and fasten with wooden picks.

4Brown beef rolls in oil in 10-inch skillet.

5Drain.

6Mix tomato sauce, salt, thyme, rosemary and poultry seasoning.

7Add tomato sauce mixture and onions to skillet.

8Heat to boiling.

9Reduce heat. Cover and simmer until beef is tender, about 1 hour.
