- small container heavy whipping cream
Directions

1Layer potatoes as for scalloped potatoes.

2On each layer put generous pats of butter, salt, pepper and Swiss cheese and repeat for each layer.

3On top drizzle with small container of heavy whipping cream.

4Simmer on top of stove until it bubbles.

5Bake at 250° for 2 hours.
