- 3 cup Old Fashion Oats
- 1 - 1 1/2 cups Nuts (I use chopped pecans)
- 1/2 - 3/4 cup Sweetner (honey, agava, or maple syrup)
- 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt (or 3/4 tsp regular salt)
- 1 cup Coconut
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon (can also use nutmeg or ginger)
Directions

1Mix all ingredients well.

2Spread on baking sheet.

3Bake at 300 degrees for 45 minutes. Stir after 30 minutes.

4Granola should look toasty brown. Cool. Store in container.
