  • 3 cup Old Fashion Oats
  • 1 - 1 1/2 cups Nuts (I use chopped pecans)
  • 1/2 - 3/4 cup Sweetner (honey, agava, or maple syrup)
  • 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt (or 3/4 tsp regular salt)
  • 1 cup Coconut
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon (can also use nutmeg or ginger)

Directions

    Mix all ingredients well.

    Spread on baking sheet.

    Bake at 300 degrees for 45 minutes. Stir after 30 minutes.

    Granola should look toasty brown. Cool. Store in container.
