- 6 c. old fashioned oats
- 1 c. wheat germ
- 1 c. bran
- 1 c. coconut
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- 1/2 c. honey
- 1/2 c. olive oil
- 2 c. chopped dried fruit (Craisins, raisins, papaya, dates, etc.)
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325°.

2In a large mixing bowl, stir together oats, wheat germ, bran, coconut, and nuts.

3In a glass measuring cup, combine honey and oil.

4Microwave until it boils (approximately 2 minutes).

5Watch carefully.

6Pour oil and honey over oat mixture, and stir to coat all.

7Using 2 large cookie sheets or baking pans, divide oat mixture evenly, and spread as thin as possible.

8Bake at 325° for 10 minutes.

9Stir and spread. Bake 10 minutes.

12Remove from oven, combine both halves, and add dried fruit.

13Store airtight.
