  • 1 c. coconut
  • 3/4 c. honey
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 egg
  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions

    Mix altogether.

    Press in a large cookie sheet.

    Score before baking.

    Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
