- 1 can frozen grape juice concentrate
- 3 cans water
- 2 pkg. (2 Tbsp.) Knox gelatine
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 6 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 c. nuts, chopped
- 1 c. celery, chopped
- 1 c. red sweet cherries, drained
Directions

1Mix grape juice concentrate with water.

2Dissolve gelatine in 1 cup of juice.

3Add sugar, salt and two cups grape juice, heated. Stir until sugar is dissolved; add lemon juice and chill until partially set.

4Add remaining ingredients. Pour into mold and chill until firm.
