Grape-Nut Pudding-Custard

  • 3 1/2 c. scalded milk
  • 1/2 c. Grape-Nuts in milk
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla
  • cinnamon and raisins

Directions

    Beat sugar, eggs and vanilla in mixer or blender.

    Pour milk over egg mixture.

    Add cinnamon and raisins.

    Bake 1 hour at 350°. Put custard in pan of hot water in oven.

    Use middle rack.
