  • 2 qt. milk
  • 1 c. Grape-Nuts cereal
  • 8 eggs, beaten
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • dash of salt
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • dash of cinnamon

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Warm milk and pour over Grape-Nuts. Let stand 15 minutes.

    Add beaten eggs, sugar, salt, vanilla and cinnamon, stirring until well mixed.

    Pour into a deep 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Bake about 1 hour and 15 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
