Grapefruit Pie

- 1 (8-inch) graham cracker pie shell, baked
- 2 c. grapefruit sections (usually 3 grapefruit)
- 24 large marshmallows, cut or 240 small
Directions

1Drain grapefruit well, but keep juice!

2Heat 1/2 cup of juice (microwave is fine) and add marshmallows.

3Cook on low heat until the marshmallows are melted.

4Watch carefully and stir as needed. Fold in grapefruit sections, pour into the crust.

5Refrigerate at least 1 1/2 hours.

6May be frozen.

7Top with whipped cream when served.

8Is great after a heavy dinner.
