- 1 c. oats (uncooked)
- 3/4 c. water
- 1 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/4 c. instant nonfat dry milk powder
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 egg whites
- 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. salad oil
- 1/2 c. raisins
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400°.

2Spray 12 (2 1/2-inch) muffin pan cups vegetable cooking spray.

3In small bowl, combine oats and water. In medium bowl, combine flour, dry milk, baking powder, salt and cinnamon.

4In small bowl, beat egg whites, brown sugar and oil. Stir into oats and water.

5Add to dry ingredients all at once, stirring just until moistened.

6Fold in raisins.
