- 3 to 4 potatoes
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 can celery soup
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 1/2 cans water
- 1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground beef

Directions

1Combine soups and water; set aside.

2In a buttered baking dish, layer beans, potatoes and onions.

3Pour half of soups on top of these.

4Place browned beef over this and pour remaining soups over this.

5Bake at 375° for 1 hour.
