- 1 lb. fresh green beans
- 1/4 c. water
- 2 to 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. chopped celery
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 1/2 tsp. minced fresh rosemary or 1/2 tsp. dried rosemary, crushed
- 1 1/2 tsp. minced fresh basil or 1/2 tsp. dried basil
Directions

1Place beans and water in a saucepan.

2Bring to a boil; cook, uncovered, for 7 minutes or until crisp-tender.

3Drain; add the remaining ingredients.

4Cover and cook for 4 minutes or until vegetables are tender.

5Yield: 6 servings.
