- 2 egg yolks, beaten
- 2 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
- 2 Tbsp. sugar or honey
- 2 egg whites, beaten stiff
Directions

1Combine sour milk with egg yolks.

2Sift and add flour, salt, soda and baking powder.

3Add margarine and sugar.

4Fold in egg whites.

5Cook as usual on hot skillet.
