- 1 1/2 lb. swordfish steaks (about 1-inch thick)
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. freshly ground white pepper
- 1/8 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 c. melted butter
- lemon juice
Directions

1Sprinkle steaks with salt, pepper and paprika; rub seasonings in lightly.

2Place fish on preheated grill.

3Brush top with 2 tablespoons butter.

4Turn after about 3 to 5 minutes.

5Brush second side with remaining butter and cook until lightly browned, about 5 minutes more.

6Serve with lemon.
