- 2/3 c. grits
- 2 2/3 c. water
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1 stick margarine
- 2 eggs
- milk
- dash of cayenne pepper or paprika
- 1 roll garlic cheese or 1 (6 oz.) Gruyere cheese (I use Gruyere cheese and add a dab of garlic spread)
Directions

1Cook grits, water and salt for 5 minutes.

2Add margarine and cheese.

3Remove from heat and stir until dissolved.

4Beat 2 eggs slightly in a cup and then fill with milk.

5Add to grit mixture and bake at 375° for 30 minutes.

6A dash of cayenne pepper or paprika may be added.
