Ground Beef Stroganoff

- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 3/4 c. beef broth
- 1 Tbsp. dried parsley
- 1 c. sour cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 medium or large onion, chopped
- 1 envelope onion soup mix
- 3 c. mushrooms, sliced
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. egg noodles
Directions

1Saute onions in some vegetable oil over medium heat until translucent in a large skillet; add garlic and saute for another minute.

2Crumble in beef and cook about 8 minutes, stirring a few minutes, until meat loses its pink color.

3Stir in flour until blended, then stir in soup mix, broth, mushrooms and parsley. Cook about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until sauce thickens. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer, uncovered, 10 to 15 minutes until mushrooms are tender, stirring occasionally.

4Stir in sour cream; heat through.

5Serve over hot noodles.
