Ingredients
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 lb. lean ground meat
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 1 c. milk
- 1 recipe biscuit dough (Bisquick)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 to 2 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1/2 c. catsup
Directions

1Saute onion in oil in skillet.

2Add ground meat; cook until brown and crumbly, stirring frequently.

3Drain.

4Stir in flour, salt and pepper.

5Add 1/2 cup milk gradually, stirring constantly. Cool.

6Roll biscuit dough into 1/4-inch thick 18-inch square on floured surface.

7Spread with ground meat mixture.

8Roll as for jelly roll; seal ends.

9Slice into 1 1/2-inch slices.

10Bake at 400° for 15 to 20 minutes.

11Combine remaining 1/2 cup milk, soup, chili powder and catsup in saucepan.

12Bring to a boil.

13Serve over roll-ups.
