  • 2 None small avocados, halved, flesh scooped out
  • 2 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed
  • 1 None red chili, deseeded and finely chopped, plus 1 for garnish
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 sprigs fresh flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped

Directions

    Mash the avocados with a fork, then stir in the garlic, chili and lemon juice. Season to taste and stir in the parsley. Spoon into a serving bowl and garnish with a whole chili.
